Photo taken of fireworks during the second night of the 2014 Celebration of Light Fireworks display in Vancouver. This year the three countries that are featured are from The United States, France, and Japan. This was the country of France showing their fireworks display on July 30,2014. This annual event takes place at English Bay, Vancouver, BC. I was at Kits Beach for this image, showing a bit of the Vancouver skyline on the right, and the North Shore mountains in the background. A very warm and clear evening added to the spectacular setting. You can see the smoke from the fireworks drifting over the Vancouver skyline makes for a surreal type image.
